Shipping Information:
After you have placed your order, we will send you an email containing your order summary and the dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that it is ready to ship.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
To return or exchange your purchase or gift by mail, please use the return or exchange form that arrives with your order. If you use this form for a return, $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping & handling. There will be no refunds for custom designs or WhetWright-Divine Productions designs with adjustments. Exchanges may be made on custom designs or WhetWright-Divine Productions designs for the exact same design, style, color, and size ONLY!
